Dans cet exemple « Elle m’a mis(e) au courant » le COD est « m' » : Elle a mis qui ? Moi (donc COD) au courant de quoi ? (COS)
Alors que dans tous les exemples suivants c’est bien un COS donc pas d’accord : elle a mis quoi ? Un 20 (donc COD après le verbe sans accord). A qui ? Moi (COI donc COS).
Après est-ce qu’il y a un règle bizarre que je connais pas ? Aucune idée. Mais si on respecte la grammaire, en tant que femme, je suis mise mal à l’aise par qqch.

Mon copain m’a mise au courant.
Ma mère m’a mise au monde.
Mon médecin m’a mise en arrêt.

Mais je peux me tromper ?
